Job Description
Support the Talent and HR team with learning and development initiatives, content creation, and program coordination, gaining hands-on experience in instructional design, learning programs, and HR operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Psychology or a related field
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Interest in learning, talent development, or HR
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; design or eLearning tools a plus
