Job Description
We are seeking experienced Front Office Attendants to join our team at 24seven Hotels. As a Front Office Attendant, you will provide attentive and efficient service to guests, maximize revenues and occupancy, and create a positive team-oriented environment focused on the guest.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hotel guest services, customer service or front desk
- Passion for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Flexibility to work regularly scheduled weekend and evening hours
- Ability to interact with others in an honest, fair, and respectful way
