Quality Suites SLO is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations.

Requirements

• Painting of guestrooms, public space and work areas
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders/task and preventative maintenance requirements
• Address all maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
• Flexible work schedule
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance
