Twilio is looking for a high-impact sales recruiter to drive the growth and evolution of their Go-To-Market organizations across Japan, Australia, Singapore, and the broader Asia Pacific region. As a strategic talent advisor, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, act as a partner with GTM leadership, and drive global alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
• Proven expertise in managing high-level GTM stakeholder relationships
• Full-cycle recruiting experience across APAC region
