We are looking for a team player to help us connect the world of customer support, technology, and business. Your main task will be to ensure that our e-shops and payment processes run smoothly and, based on data, suggest improvements that make sense.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer services, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficient in SQL (at least the basics) and Google Workspace at an advanced level.
- Excellent Czech and English (B2) for everyday business communication.
