3+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering, hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS, experience with CI/CD systems, Infrastructure as Code tools, and monitoring and observability tools

2-4+ years of experience in front-end development with React, Next.js, and TypeScript; Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design; Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)

Completed secondary education, proficiency in English, ability to work with computers, customer-centric type, and good communication skills

1+ years of software engineering management experience, 4+ years of hands-on software development experience, proven project management skills

At least 4-5 years of experience as Software Developer, knowledge of fintech processes and big plus knowledge of cards issuing/processing

Secondary school diploma required. Customer-oriented and team player with flexibility and adaptability

At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer services, or a similar analytical role, proficient in SQL and Google Workspace, excellent Czech and English language skills

2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, experience in Cards and Payments industry, excellent organizational skills
