Job Description
Twisto is a modern provider of financial services in Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our compact and communicative team. Your challenges will include answering customer inquiries, helping to resolve problems, and evaluating situations to find the right solution.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma
- Customer-oriented and team player
- Flexible and able to adapt to occasional changes
