Job Description
Twitch is seeking a Sr. Software Development Manager to lead the Community Discovery team in building innovative discovery experiences on the platform. The role involves overseeing the development of software and services that power critical discovery features, partnering with applied scientists, and driving team growth and career advancement.
Requirements
- BA/BS in computer science or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years of experience as software engineering manager
- 5+ years of working in software engineering
- Development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages
- Experience designing or architecting systems
- Proven ability to identify user needs and deliver customer-centric product solutions
- Experience developing and running large-scale consumer services
