Job Description
This role provides a nurturing environment for children in Illinois' Quad City area. As a Before & After School Site Assistant, you will assist with program implementation, safety monitoring, and community engagement. You'll be responsible for both in-program (before & after school) and program-related (camp counselor) duties, including meal preparation and clean-up, as well as communicating with parents and staff. The position focuses on fostering a safe, nurturing, and growth-oriented program environment.
