Japanese Customer Support Executive ( Native Japanese / JLPT N1 Speaker)

Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in Japanese. Provide solutions and support related to online shopping experiences. Work in rotational shifts to support global customers.

Requirements

• JLPT N1 certification OR Native Japanese speaker
• Open to all nationalities (visa sponsorship available)
• Fresh graduates & experienced customer service professionals are welcome
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia
