We’re hiring Japanese Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in Japanese. The role involves providing solutions and support related to online shopping experiences, ensuring high-quality and professional communication with customers, and working in rotational shifts to support global customers.

Requirements

• JLPT N1 certification OR Native Japanese speaker
• Open to all nationalities (visa sponsorship available)
• Fresh graduates & experienced customer service professionals are welcome
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia
