Our Client is seeking a Salesforce Engagement Manager to develop and manage full project lifecycle, scope, budget, timeline, resources, deliverables, issues and escalations while setting client expectations and transitioning to support after go-live.
Requirements
- Overall responsibility for project success and customer success
- Project Planning and other pre-sales activities
- Leading pre-sales teams in development and execution of Proposals
- Leading project teams in development and execution of project plans
- Optimizing plans and resources to deliver maximum value to clients
- Developing trusted adviser relationships with clients
- Collaborating with project, leadership and sales teams to bring thought leadership and the full force of Our Client to your engagements
- Coaching, mentoring and developing junior resources
