Service Desk /Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a Service Desk /Help Desk Technician to provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and other computer-related devices. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve system hardware and software problems, manage and maintain customer networks, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 years related work experience or BS in Information Systems or related field
• Clear, friendly, professional phone manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
• Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Mac OSX, SonicWall Routers
• VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V Hypervisors
• Ability to physically lift and move computer equipment
