As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead a team of Customer Service Specialists in delivering compassionate, compliant, and solutions-oriented support to homeowners. You will balance customer-centric leadership with strategic oversight of customer experience, collections, loss mitigation, and default servicing activities.
Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, tracking team performance, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
This role requires a customer advocate, team leader, and operational expert with 3+ years of supervisory experience in customer service or a call center setting.
