
Job description
The Customer Resolution Intake Supervisor leads the Customer Resolution Intake team and has oversight of physical and electronic written communications, initiating business processes on behalf of internal stakeholders, acknowledging and responding to written customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance.
Manage a team, address issue escalations, lead the implementation of policies and procedures, ensure team compliance, control outbound handling, maintain regulatory compliance, establish productivity objectives, and review/prepare reports.
Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to direct and motivate others, detail oriented and organized, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet goals and deadlines under pressure.
