Requirements
- Terminal degree for the field
- Tenure and rank of full Professor
- Prior successful supervisory or significant university-level committee experience
- Ability to prepare and administer budgets
- Ability to conduct effective personnel evaluations
- Familiarity with research and best practices in the areas of teaching, learning, and scholarship within the discipline
- Familiarity and ability to comply with disciplinary requirements and any appropriate accreditations
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with diverse individuals and groups in a team environment
- Ability to use a personal computer and other office equipment, including related university software and email
