Job Description
TYLin is seeking an experienced and business-minded AVP, Chief Alternative Delivery Counsel to serve as the firm’s senior legal authority on Alternative Delivery Methods across North America.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB); active bar membership in a U.S. State or Canadian Province.
- Minimum of 10 years’ legal experience with a strong focus on major infrastructure or capital project delivery, including at least 5 years supporting alternative delivery methods.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating, drafting, and advising on complex project agreements such as P3s, DBs, DBFOMs, joint ventures, and concession arrangements.
