TYLin is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Controls Specialist / Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure and transportation projects to support cost management functions and deliver accurate cost reporting, in-depth analysis, and strategic insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in cost control, financial planning, or project controls within infrastructure, transportation, utilities, construction, or energy sectors.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills with proven expertise in variance analysis and project estimating.
