Job Description
Lead the implementation of location-level and corporate-level reporting systems, empower locations to utilize FMS and CRM tools, and train locations on existing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or a similar field
- Local to Dallas, Texas or willing to relocate
- 5+ years of home services trades experience, preferably in residential HVAC, plumbing or electric trades
- Knowledge of Field Service Management software (“FMS”) such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, FieldEdge and other similar tools
- Servant leader with an ability to build strong working relationships
- Demonstrable time spent in multi-location business environments
