Job Description
U-Haul International, Inc. seeks a full-time Corporate Paralegal with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join its Legal Department. Responsibilities include managing corporate subsidiaries, establishing and dissolving entities, and preparing annual consents, resolutions, and notices for board and committee meetings.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate environment
- Responsive, responsible, practical, proactive, organized, and detail oriented
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; a strong work ethic; sound judgment; and good time management habits
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CT Corporation entity related software and other research platforms
