Producing Mortgage Sales Supervisor

U.S. Bank is seeking a Producing Mortgage Sales Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators, ensure timely document collection, and meet annual loan volume origination goals. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, a strong understanding of mortgage industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically two or more years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
• Good knowledge of sales and sales strategies
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products/services, operations, and current market trends
