We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to Project Managers and other project team members. The successful candidate will assist in all phases of projects from procurement through closeout, and maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalency (GED) required
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative support experience
- Minimum of two (2) years experience with document control processes
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Bluebeam (preferred) or Adobe
- Understanding of various construction documents and how to properly execute them
- Knowledge of the construction process, the role of key stakeholders in the process, etc.
- Sharp attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities – flexibility
- Keen sense of urgency and proven ability to meet or exceed deadlines and commitments
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships, internally and externally
