Job Description
U.S. AutoForce is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead assigned personnel and support safety programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, stocking, loading, and shipping products, as well as providing excellent customer service and communication.
Requirements
- Provides leadership to assigned personnel through effective goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication
- Conducts interviews, hiring and training as necessary
- Supports the safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintains a safe working environment for all associates
- Assists with process improvement initiatives
- Conducts regular meetings to ensure that personnel are well informed of policies and procedures
- Ensures excellent customer service and communication
