Warehouse Operations Supervisor

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee and supervise a work group, ensure compliance with safety programs, and support process improvement initiatives. The position involves receiving, stocking, and loading products, as well as assisting with returns, outbound freight, and paperwork. The supervisor will also be responsible for conducting interviews, hiring, and training personnel, and ensuring excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements

• Oversee and supervise a work group to meet department goals
• Provide leadership to assigned personnel through effective goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication
• Conduct interviews, hiring and training as necessary
• Supports the safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with process improvement initiatives
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication
