Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Warehouse Operations Supervisor responsible for providing leadership to assigned personnel, conducting interviews, hiring and training, and ensuring compliance with safety programs and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, loading, returns, and operating power equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements

• 3 years of related experience
• Skills and experience sufficient to supervise assistant receivers and helpers
• Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems
• Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice
• Good memory and scanning abilities
• Good communication and math skills
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs. with the proper equipment and climb 20 feet on a regular basis
• Able to learn to use a forklift
• May require valid drivers license and conformance with company driver policy
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
