Job Description
As the Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for dispatching trucks, tracking deliveries, and monitoring communication lines. You will also ensure drivers are educated and compliant with regulations and support the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- One year of professional driving experience
- Two years of experience in transportation industry
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and legal requirements for drivers
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
- Ability to safely use powered industrial trucks and high reach lifts
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
