Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail, customer service, or BPO environment
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently
