Join Ubiminds as an AI Transformation Lead and help engineering teams adopt modern AI development workflows and significantly accelerate their productivity. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise, AI tooling mastery, and developer enablement.
Requirements
- Design and facilitate AI Jam Sessions
- Demonstrate real-world development workflows using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude
- Establish and lead a Super-Builder guild
- Provide hands-on coaching sessions to engineers integrating AI tools
- Diagnose AI adoption barriers
- Create prompting guides and workflow templates
- Develop and maintain a living AI Playbook
- Run prompting clinics and office hours
- Map engineering workflows and identify AI acceleration opportunities
- Track adoption metrics and collaborate with analytics teams
- Facilitate collaboration across LATAM–U.S. distributed teams
- Mentor engineers and elevate AI-native engineering communities
