Requirements

• 6+ years as Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Principal Engineer
• Strong background in TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or similar
• Deep hands-on experience with AI coding assistants in daily workflows
• Advanced expertise with Cursor (agent mode, multi-file context, custom rules)
• Advanced experience with GitHub Copilot (chat workflows, IDE integration)
• Strong experience with Claude or similar LLM tools
• Strong prompt engineering (few-shot, context management, workflow integration)
• Experience running workshops, hackathons, or live coding sessions
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading guilds/communities
• Experience working in distributed teams
• Strong English communication skills
• Based in LATAM with U.S. timezone overlap
