Job Description
The Senior Business Partner is responsible for aligning People strategies with Ubi's objectives, acting as a strategic consultant for the Delivery Team and for Ubiminders assigned to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, preferably in technology companies and agile environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related areas.
- English minimum level B2 for interactions with American clients.
