We are looking for a strategic, consultative, and results-driven Account Executive to act as a trusted partner to our most important North American clients and strategic partners. In this role, you will directly support the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer in driving new sales, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening Ubiminds' ecosystem of strategic partners across advisory, consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, strategic sales, client success, or business development within IT staffing, nearshore/outsourcing, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Proven track record of driving new sales, account expansion, and long-term client growth.
- Experience managing executive-level relationships and delivering strategic presentations such as QBRs or business reviews.
- Strong understanding of contract structures including MSAs, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to work in consultative sales environments involving advisory or consulting services.
- Experience building or managing strategic partner relationships, alliances, or ecosystem collaborations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with focus on revenue growth and partnership value creation.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
