Job Description
The Legal Counsel – Philippines provides legal support to the Company’s in-house legal team, with a focus on local legal matters, vendor and supplier contract review, purchase orders, client NDAs, and employment-related legal support.
Requirements
- Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
- Three (3) to seven (7) years of experience in corporate legal, law firm, or in-house roles.
- Experience reviewing commercial contracts, NDAs, and employment-related documents.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
