We're hiring a Sourcing Associate to provide administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include applicant mining, resume screening, phone interviews, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology, Marketing, or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good computer navigation and Microsoft Office Excel skills
• Creative thinking and passion for Marketing and Branding
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervision
