Requirements
- Assuring the research, selection, and follow-up of training providers
- Organizing logistical and administrative follow-up of training sessions
- Keeping the training plan up-to-date
- Ensuring training reporting
- Monitoring the continuous improvement of training
- Ensuring a watchful eye on training
- Participating in the development of the next skills development plan
- Being in charge of one or more HR projects
