As a member of the Learning & Development team, your role will be to support the Global Publishing teams in proposing, designing, and leading training projects.

Requirements

• Identify individual and collective training needs among teams
• Search for providers, formats, and training programs
• Participate in the co-construction of pedagogical content
• Logistically organize training actions
• Analyze the performance of actions
• Ensure reporting of training sessions
• Monitor the training budget
• Manage the update and animation of SharePoint pages
• Write and format internal newsletters
