Laboratory Manager position responsible for day-to-day operations of the Clinical Laboratory, ensuring efficient and effective operations, compliance with accrediting agency and government regulations, and meeting internal and external customer needs.

Requirements

• Plans, delegates and organizes work activities to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
• Ensures quality laboratory programs relative to scope of job duty.
• Oversees quality management program relative to scope of job duty.
• Performs management functions including, hiring/termination decision, correction action, time/attendance, competency assessment and performance appraisals.
