Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees daily nursing operations for assigned patient care areas to ensure high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
- California RN license
- BSN or MSN
- BLS, ACLS, PALS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- 5 years recent acute care experience
- progressive leadership positions
- 2 YEARS ICU REQUIRED
- 2 years PACU preferred
- Nursing Professional Leadership Certification (NEA-BC, NE-BC, CNL, CNML preferred) or obtain within 12 months
