Job Description
As a Workforce Solutions Manager, you will be the central interface to our customers, developing suitable workforce models and ensuring smooth implementation. You will work closely with the Operations Team and be responsible for developing workforce solutions that scale, planning and steering operational projects, and recognizing bottlenecks early.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, workforce management, or account leadership
- Deep understanding of systemic interdependencies - from logistics to customer binding
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, real-time dashboards, and KPI evaluation
- Good knowledge of German and English
