Manager - Financial Reporting

Lead the planning, execution and accurate and timely completion of UGI’s external financial reporting requirements, including filing of UGI’s periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of current SEC reporting rules and regulations and U.S. GAAP accounting rules as well as external audit practices for both financial statements and internal controls.
• Ability to write clearly and accurately.
• Perform analyses of financial information and financial statement footnotes.
• Ability to perform detailed research of SEC and GAAP reporting issues.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel and Word), filing software (i.e., Workiva) and consolidation tool (i.e., HFM).
