Bid Coordinator

UGL's Utilities business provides essential design & construction services for critical infrastructure across the power and water sectors. The role of Bid Coordinator is responsible for the complete coordination of the tender process, including compiling the content of all bids and ensuring completeness and cohesiveness during the bidding phase.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the rail, mining, construction, or other safety critical environments
• Advanced skills in the MS Office package
• Experience in SharePoint and InDesign will be advantageous
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and establish strong work relationships both internally and externally
• Be highly organised who can work independently with a high level of attention for detail
