Requirements
- Formal qualifications in engineering, business or project management
- Experience in tendering, business development, procurement, estimating, risk and project controls
- Strong knowledge of power, water and the energy sectors or the ability to rapidly learn new sectors
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills
- Acute awareness of market influences and ability to strategically respond when tendering
