Major Gift Officer

The Major Gift Officer plans, coordinates, and manages signature initiatives and key projects while maintaining a portfolio of major capital and annual campaign donors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines
• Ability to build effective collaborative relationships and work as part of a team
• Experience interacting and building robust relationships with major donors and board members
• Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communications
• Proficiency in database management, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other computer skills
