The role is a highly desirable part-time Executive Assistant position for someone with at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant. The role requires a proactive, highly organized, and strong team player who can support two busy Directors.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to 1 or 2 members of an Executive Committee
- Excellent organisation, supervisory skills, and ability to help prioritise workload
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience including MS Teams/ SharePoint
- Highly competent in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics (or other CRM)
- Ability to build relationships with senior business leaders
- Ability to build effective internal relationships
- Discreet and trustworthy when party to confidential information
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and workload while remaining focused on core tasks and attention to detail
