Benefits Systems Consultant I

The Benefits Systems Consultant I will work with customers to establish project scope, gather configuration requirements, and set system goals for configuration projects, and will also be responsible for completing basic configuration projects and supporting customers during print and filing processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in U.S. Benefits teams in customer-facing environments
• Working knowledge of employee life-cycle U.S. Benefits Administration, ACA, related regulations, ERISA guidelines, and HIPAA Compliance
• Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work in US shifts
