The Benefits Systems Consultant I will undertake multiple responsibilities throughout the post-launch cycle, delivering world-class customer service. The position involves collaborating with customers for managing basic post-live Open Enrolment renewal and configuration/system update projects as well as on ACA printing and filing initiatives.
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience in U.S. Benefits teams in customer facing environments.
- Working knowledge of employee life-cycle U.S. Benefits Administration, ACA, related regulations, ERISA guidelines, and HIPAA Compliance
- Organizational, problem-solving, and good analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills are critical for success.
- Ability to appropriately set and manage expectations with customers.
- Ability to provide consulting services with customers to ensure the appropriate outcomes are achieved.
