Channel Sales Manager, Asia

At UKG, the work you do matters. We're looking for a Channel Sales Manager to grow our APAC business revenues mainly through our reseller and partner channels. The role involves managing key strategic partners, developing new business channels, and selling to large direct accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in selling software solutions in a channel environment
• Success selling HRMS/WFM solutions a plus
• Driven and highly motivated individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal, and strong presentation skills
• Extensive travel in the region expected
• Fluent English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred
• Bachelor degree/BTech/MBA or equivalent
