Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS, HCM, or workforce management solutions.
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the region
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English & French
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and grow revenue.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Adaptable and resilient in a constantly evolving market.
