Lead Presales Solution Consultant

The Lead Presales Solution Consultant will serve as a senior technical presales expert supporting UKG's growth in Brazil, partnering with Sales to lead discovery, design solutions, and deliver configured demonstrations that reflect real customer workforce scenarios.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in technical presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting for SaaS solutions
• Strong technical learning capability, with experience ramping on complex systems and configurations
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within Brazil
