Sr Revenue Accountant

At UKG, the work you do matters. We never stop learning and challenging the norm. The Technical Revenue Accountant will be responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy of revenue recognition, accounting, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Apply technical accounting principles to ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC606 and other relevant standards
• Prepare journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the Company’s revenue policy
• Monitor and reconcile revenue-related accounts and transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with sales, contracts, and billing teams to ensure proper revenue recognition for complex contracts and transactions
• Assist in the preparation of revenue-related financial statements, reports, and disclosures
• Analyze revenue trends and variances, providing insights and explanations to management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards related to revenue recognition
• Maintain detailed documentation and support for revenue accounting processes and transactions
