Sr Solution Consultant

We're looking for a Sr. Solution Consultant to deliver superior workforce management solutions to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions that maximize benefits for our customers.

Requirements

• Conduct workshops with senior members of customer organizations to drive requirement assessments
• Architect comprehensive solutions that integrate UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) with third-party products
• Design and implement customizations and integrations to meet specific client needs
• Collect, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
• Oversee the build and configuration of the system
• Provide guidance and support during the testing phase
• Advocate for and implement industry best practices in workforce management
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
• Foster strong relationships with client Project teams
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members
• Travel up to 25% may be required to meet with clients and support project implementations
